What are the visa requirements?
The visas for Zambia and Zimbabwe are online. We can guide you through the process of applying for the visas online. For Botswana, we will get the visas upon arrival at the borders. For South Africa, you need to apply at the embassy. The visa usually takes 7 days to be processed and you don’t need to book an appointment in advance.
What is the safety situation in these countries?
All of the destinations we’re visiting are very safe and tourist friendly. However, it’s crucial to always remain aware of your surroundings.
Do we book the flights?
Yes we can book the flights for you or you could book your own flight if you’d like. Just make sure to arrive to Livingstone or Victoria Falls on May 15th, 2026 or before.
Vaccines?
No Vaccines are needed for these countries. However, some doctors recommend taking Malaria pills.
Do I need to Extend?
This is completly up to you. You can join our Zambia & Zimbabwe trip and then return back home. Or you can extend with us in South Africa for an epic adventure.

PAYMENT
You will be required to make payment of $500 upon confirmation to secure your booking. The remainder should be paid 60 Days prior to the trip. Below are the payment methods:

Free cancellation: Cancel 90 days or more before departure.
15% cancellation fee: Cancel 89–75 days before departure.
25% cancellation fee: Cancel 74–45 days before departure.

80% cancellation fee: Cancel 30–22 days before departure.
100% cancellation fee: Cancel 21 days or less before departure.
